Kiểm tra trước khi nộp hồ sơ

Tờ khai xin visa

  • Không tẩy xóa, không viết tiếng Việt
  • Ký giống hệt chữ ký trên hộ chiếu
  • Điền đầy đủ ngày tháng, đọc kỹ phần lịch sử phạm tội
  • Ảnh thẻ dán chắc, nền trắng, rõ ngũ quan (3,5 × 4,5 cm)

Giấy tờ hành chính

  • Xác nhận việc làm, xác nhận cư trú… cấp trong 03 tháng gần nhất
  • Giấy khai sinh cũ chỉ có năm sinh: kèm tờ khai thông tin cư trú CT07 hoặc bản in VNeID (mức 2)

Công việc và tài chính

  • Giấy tờ tiếng Việt cần dịch sang tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật
  • Xác nhận số dư tiết kiệm nên là bản song ngữ Anh–Việt
  • Xác nhận/sao kê ngân hàng có chữ ký tươi của giao dịch viên và dấu đỏ tròn của ngân hàng

Nộp thay và ủy quyền

  • Đi nhóm/gia đình: có giấy tờ chứng minh quan hệ (giấy khai sinh, đăng ký kết hôn)
  • Người nộp thay không phải người thân cùng hộ khẩu: bắt buộc có giấy ủy quyền (theo mẫu tham khảo của ĐSQ)
